To improve discoverability, we implemented SEO-driven content, structured data, and performance optimizations for faster load times and better rankings. Finally, we automated email and SMS campaigns, leveraging TicketWeb data to send event reminders, referral incentives, and follow-ups—reducing manual workload while strengthening audience connections.
